What are the available shipping options?

3-5 days for standard shipping for units in stock
Expedited shipping is available
*Note – Custom orders for specific head measurements or hair styles can take up to 15 business days for production and shipment.

Washing regimen and Hair care tips

For braids, twists, corn row, and locs units
– Wash with Tea Tree and Lemon sage shampoo in a downward motion, allow the shampoo to soak on the hair for 10 mins before washing. For best results, place in a bag for the 10 mins.
– Towel dry hair and hang dry overnight

For Human Hair units
– Use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, wash in a downward motion. 
– Wash as often as needed
– Towel dry hair and hang dry

What is the return policy?

Any issues with the unit must be reported within 48 hours after shippment arrival. Email us at or contact us on our website. Units must not be worn. Units can be shipped back to our office. The refund amount will be placed on an E-gift card that will never expire.

We recommend using USPS Flat Shipping with tracking.


How do I straightend the ends of the braided hair unit?

Dip the ends of the braided hair in hot water that has been boiled. Be sure to dip the hair a few minutes after the water had been removed from the heating source.
